GST has world’s most advanced automated production lines and testing equipment: SMT,
solder-reflow and automatic component inserters, welding robot, RoHS inspection instru- ments, automatic picture identification systems, high-temperature aging rooms, programmer controlled meter calibration systems, automatic verifying units, automatic tapping and screw- ing machines, automatic packing machines and other over equipment for production ,measu- rement& inspection, type approval test, and EMC. By introducing new equipments& technology, Currently, GST factory owns 4 SMT lines, 4 DIP & 2 assembly lines and 6 packing flow lines, which make the accumulated production capacity arrived from 1.5 million units to 3 million units per year at the end of 2012. Combining with existing production capacity and advanced product’s technology, by adding manufacture equipments, total production capacity can reach 6 million units per year in coming 3 years.
